Potato Latkes
Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes 6-7 Medium sized
- 2 cloves garlic
- Bit of spicy paprika
- Salt
- 1-2 Eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and grate them
- Grate or crush garlic
- Add everything together
- Mix well
- Heat up oil for deep frying
- Drop tablespoons of mixture into oil; remove Latkes from oil when golden on both sides

Serve with Tzatziki or sour cream
