Beans Fried In Cheese

Interesting combination of cheese and beans. Serve with Spaghetti alla Putanesca.
 

Beans Fried In Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh/Frozen beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese

Instructions
 

    1. Cook beans quickly, stop while still crunchy
  • Melt oil and cheese in pan
  • Turn up heat and throw in beans
  • Stir frantically
  • Throw out of pan after 3 minutes
