Interesting combination of cheese and beans. Serve with Spaghetti alla Putanesca.

Beans Fried In Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh/Frozen beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese

Method
 

    1. Cook beans quickly, stop while still crunchy
  1. Melt oil and cheese in pan
  2. Turn up heat and throw in beans
  3. Stir frantically
  4. Throw out of pan after 3 minutes
