Interesting combination of cheese and beans. Serve with Spaghetti alla Putanesca.
Beans Fried In Cheese
Ingredients
- Fresh/Frozen beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook beans quickly, stop while still crunchy
- Melt oil and cheese in pan
- Turn up heat and throw in beans
- Stir frantically
- Throw out of pan after 3 minutes
