Simple but tasty soup.

Potato and Corn Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups stock
  • 2 cans corn 800 ml total
  • 1 tablespoon flour or corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme or nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix potatoes, onion and stock.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  • Add corn, flour, herbs and milk.
  • Bring back to boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Remove 3/4 of soup, blend and pour back with the rest.
