Simple but tasty soup.
Potato and Corn Soup
Solid and quick.
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1.5 cups stock
- 2 cans corn 800 ml total
- 1 tablespoon flour or corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme or nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions
- Mix potatoes, onion and stock.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
- Add corn, flour, herbs and milk.
- Bring back to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Remove 3/4 of soup, blend and pour back with the rest.
