Ingredients
  1. 500 g potatoes, diced
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 1.5 cups stock
  4. 2 cans corn (800 ml total)
  5. 1 tablespoon flour or corn flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoon thyme or nutmeg
  7. 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions
  1. Mix potatoes, onion and stock.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  4. Add corn, flour, herbs and milk.
  5. Bring back to boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Remove 3/4 of soup, blend and pour back with the rest.
