Feta Quiche

Good for a heavy main. Accompany with fresh salad. Note, it doesn’t require salt because of the Feta.

Ingredients for base
  1. 2 cups self-raising flour
  2. 175 grams salted butter
Ingredients for filling
  1. 250 grams Feta cheese
  2. 170 ml Sour Cream (small container)
  3. 250 grams Cottage Cheese
  4. 2 eggs
Other ingredients
  1. up to 250 grams of tasty cheddar cheese or Parmesan
Instructions
    1. chop the butter into the flour and mix until you get a nice dough
    2. flatten into a greased 26 cm quiche tin
    3. Mix all filling ingredients and pour on base
    4. grate cheese on top
    5. bake at 190° for 1 hour
