Feta Quiche

Good for a heavy main. Accompany with fresh salad. Note, it doesn’t require salt because of the Feta.

Feta Quiche


Ingredients for base

  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 175 grams salted butter

Ingredients for filling

  • 250 grams Feta cheese
  • 170 ml Sour Cream small container
  • 250 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 2 eggs

Other ingredients

  • up to 250 grams of tasty cheddar cheese or Parmesan


    1. chop the butter into the flour and mix until you get a nice dough
  • flatten into a greased 26 cm quiche tin
  • Mix all filling ingredients and pour on base
  • grate cheese on top
  • bake at 190° for 1 hour
