Feta Quiche
Ingredients
Ingredients for base
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 175 grams salted butter
Ingredients for filling
- 250 grams Feta cheese
- 170 ml Sour Cream small container
- 250 grams Cottage Cheese
- 2 eggs
Other ingredients
- up to 250 grams of tasty cheddar cheese or Parmesan
Instructions
- chop the butter into the flour and mix until you get a nice dough
- flatten into a greased 26 cm quiche tin
- Mix all filling ingredients and pour on base
- grate cheese on top
- bake at 190° for 1 hour
