Sugar Snap Peas with Tomatoes and Oregano

Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams sugar snap peas
  • Oil
  • 1 small red Spanish onion finely chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped

Instructions
 

  • Steam sugar snap peas or microwave
  • Place on plate
  • Cook onion in oiled pan until soft
  • Add tomatoes and sugar to pan
  • Cook 2 minutes or until tomatoes are just soft
  • Stir vinegar, water and oregano into pan
  • Place on top of peas
