Orit’s Carrot Cake

Not long after I met Orit I encountered her in a mall selling a variety of cakes. Orit was born in New Zealand so her repertoire includes a Carrot Cake. I very much like this cake, so when Orit visited in the UK recently I insisted she teach me her recipe. The cake is good regardless but you might be tempted by Orit’s Cream Cheese Icing.
