Honey Sesame Greens
Ingredients
- 6 cups assorted vegetables
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons spiced vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cover vegetables and microwave 4 minutes on high
- Mix honey, vinegar, oil and sesame seeds then microwave 1 min on high
- mix dressing with vegetables
