Simple and effective side of vegetables with a hint of sesame.

Honey Sesame Greens

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups assorted vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons spiced vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cover vegetables and microwave 4 minutes on high
  • Mix honey, vinegar, oil and sesame seeds then microwave 1 min on high
  • mix dressing with vegetables
