Devilled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken pieces without skin and fat 2 pieces per person
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion - grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chutney
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Butter

Instructions
 

    1. Season chicken lightly
  • Place chicken in greased baking dish
  • Mix onion, garlic, chutney, tomato sauce, worcester sauce, curry powder, mustard
  • Spread over chicken
  • Bake, uncovered, at 170 °C for 1 hour
  • Dot chicken with butter
  • Continue baking until chicken is cooked
  • Notes

    Serve with baked potatoes, soured cream, and a salad.
