Broccoli Stacks

A solid meal from my vegetarian days. Also when microwaves were newish. Now I’d go for something lighter and baked in the oven.

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 2 tablespoons flour
  3. 1 tablespoon Sunflour seeds
  4. 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  5. 1 cup Milk
  6. 1/2 cup Water
  7. 2 cups veges
  8. 6 pre-cooked Crepes.
Instructions
    1. Blend oil, flour, seeds and cheese.
    2. Gradually add milk and water to flour.
    3. Stir until smooth.
    4. Microwave for 3-5 min, stirring once.
    5. Stack Crepes, veges and sauce.
    6. Microwave for 2-3 min.
