As with all my Afghani recipes, this one came from Roqiah.

- Fresh coriander (can replace with parsley and/or a tiny bit mint)
- Natural yoghurt
- Small amount white vinegar
- Chop vegetables small like coleslaw.
- Mix in yoghurt and vinegar
- Serve on big flat plate.
