As with all my Afghani recipes, this one came from Roqiah.
Afghani Salad
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Fresh coriander can replace with parsley and/or a tiny bit mint
- Natural yoghurt
- Small amount white vinegar
Instructions
- Chop vegetables small like coleslaw.
- Mix in yoghurt and vinegar
- Serve on big flat plate.
