Steak with Honey, Thyme and Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • Oil
  • 600 grams beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Instructions
 

  • Fry steak to taste
  • Remove from pan
  • Add honey, juice, thyme, mustard, and garlic to pan
  • Simmer, uncovered until thickens slightly
  • Serve glaze over steaks
  • Garnish with thyme sprigs
