Steak with Honey, Thyme and Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
Oil

grams
beef steak

tablespoons
honey
1/3
cup
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
fresh thyme
chopped
1
tablespoon
seeded mustard
1
clove
garlic
crushed
Instructions
Fry steak to taste
Remove from pan
Add honey, juice, thyme, mustard, and garlic to pan
Simmer, uncovered until thickens slightly
Serve glaze over steaks
Garnish with thyme sprigs
