Brazilian Black Beans

Ingredients
  

  • Black beans
  • Bay leaf
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • [Optional] Bacon salami, meat
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method
 

  1. Soak beans overnight
  2. Add bay leaf to beans and cook in lots of water until beans are soft
  3. Cook onion, garlic, meat, salt in oil
  4. Add some water from beans
  5. Mix
  6. Throw all in back with the beans and water.

Notes

Serve with rice.
