Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
Olive oil

teaspoon
sage
1/2
teaspoon
rosemary
500
g
mushrooms
black pepper
1/2
Thyme
Tin tomatoes

Onion
chopped
300
ml
cream
Instructions
Cook sage and rosemary until fragrant
Add mushrooms, black pepper, thyme
Cook 10 minutes
Add tomatoes and onion
Cook 20 minutes.
Add cream to mixture.
Notes
Adding the onion later gives a milder/sweeter flavour.
