Tortillas - Mexican Pancakes

The only tortilla recipe I’ve ever used where the tortillas hung together once stuffed full of goodies.
- 1/4 cup cornmeal fine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup plain flour
Make porridge with the cornmeal, water (hot and cold), and salt, i.e. mix and boil while stirring
Add oil and flour
Knead
Cut into 8
Roll out into rounds
Cook on oiled griddle - real slow, to very slight tan
