Method
- Clean the fat (white) from the lamb
- Mix paprika, garlic, wine, salt and pepper
- Baste lamb with the spice mix
- Put oil and onion on top of the lamb
- Leave over night
- Dot the lamb with butter
- Heat oven to 180ยบ C
- Cook lamb in oven for 2+ hours, turn after 1/2 hour
- Boil potatoes
- Add potatoes to the lamb sauce
