"Jane's Apricot Special": Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

medium Onions
3
cloves
Garlic

Chicken pieces
olive oil

Onion or chicken stock stock/soup powder
[Optional] Water to dilute the stock

Cans apricots
fruit from both plus syrup from one
Cornflour mixed with a little water
Instructions
Brown the onions, garlic, and chicken in the oil.
Add the stock powder, water and apricots.
Cover.
Bake 180° C for 50 min.
Thicken sauce by stirring in cornflour mixture.
