Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger cumin, and/or coriander
  • Optional 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Galit doesn't like cinnamon in this dish which is why I added the allspice to the mixture)
  • Optional Pinch of ground cardamom

It makes two tablespoons - which is enough for most recipes without leave any spare.
