Sugar Snap Peas with Tomatoes and Oregano

Ingredients

sugar snap peas
Oil

small red Spanish onion
finely chopped
8
cherry tomatoes
halved

teaspoon
sugar
1
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
water
1
tablespoon
fresh oregano
chopped
Instructions
Steam sugar snap peas or microwave
Place on plate
Cook onion in oiled pan until soft
Add tomatoes and sugar to pan
Cook 2 minutes or until tomatoes are just soft
Stir vinegar, water and oregano into pan
Place on top of peas
