Ingredients for rice

oil

black mustard seeds
salt

turmeric
1/2
teaspoon
cumin
Rice
Mint leaves
Water
2 x amount of rice
Ingredients for yoghurt sauce

cup
yoghurt
1
tablespoon
mayo
1
teaspoon
mustard
Instructions
Instructions for chicken
mix oil, garlic, ginger, and spices
rub oil mixture into chicken
roast
Instructions for rice
Fry mustard seeds, salt, turmeric and cumin in oil until mustard seeds pop
add rice, mint and water to mustard and oil mixture
cook
Instructions for yoghurt sauce
mix all ingredients
Notes
You can vary proportions for the yoghurt sauce, eg a sweet sauce would have 1/2 cups yoghurt, 1/2 mayo, 1 tablespoon mustard
