Combine flour and black pepper
Dust chicken pieces in the flour and pepper mix
Shake off excess
Heat oil in a pan
Fry chicken pieces until golden all over.
Reduce heat.
Add stock, lemon juice, coriander and garlic to pan
Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked
Remove chicken from pan and keep warm
While the chicken is cooking, cook the noodles as per instructions on packet
Stir cream into chicken pan
Boil quickly until slightly thickened
Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce
Serve with noodles and salad
