Snip off the tips of the wings. Separate each wing at the joint with poultry shears (be careful not to cut through the bone)
Melt butter in a pan
Add soy sauce to butter
Brush each chicken joint with butter and soy sauce
Mix flour, salt and spices in a bowl
Roll chicken joints in flour mixture
Chill thoroughly - all day if you like.
Cover baking tray with thin layer of oil
Place tray in oven to heat (few min)
Arrange chicken in a single layer on the tray - no overlaps
Cover and bake at 170° C for 1 hour
Uncover and bake a further 10 min
