Ingredients

kg
Potatoes
6-7 Medium sized
2
cloves
garlic
Bit of spicy paprika
Salt
1-2
Eggs
2-3
tablespoons
flour
Instructions
Peel potatoes and grate them
Grate or crush garlic
Add everything together
Mix well
Heat up oil for deep frying
Drop tablespoons of mixture into oil; remove Latkes from oil when golden on both sides
Notes
Serve with Tzatziki or sour cream
