Ingredients

small onion
chopped

tablespoon
mustard
hot

tablespoons
mustard with seeds

cup
white wine
or half and half water and wine
250
ml
cream
100
grams
butter or margarine
Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan
Add onion to pan
Fry until golden
Add mustards and mix well
Add white wine and cook until thickened
Add cream and cook until thickened
Add butter
Stir until dissolved
