Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard hot
  • 2 tablespoons mustard with seeds
  • 1 cup white wine or half and half water and wine
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 grams butter or margarine

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Add onion to pan
  • Fry until golden
  • Add mustards and mix well
  • Add white wine and cook until thickened
  • Add cream and cook until thickened
  • Add butter
  • Stir until dissolved
