Portuguese Roast Lamb

Succulent lamb flavoured with paprika.
- Leg of Lamb
- 25 grams paprika colorau in Portuguese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup white wine
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Onion chopped
- Knobs of butter
- Potatoes
Clean the fat (white) from the lamb
Mix paprika, garlic, wine, salt and pepper
Baste lamb with the spice mix
Put oil and onion on top of the lamb
Leave over night
Dot the lamb with butter
Heat oven to 180ยบ C
Cook lamb in oven for 2+ hours, turn after 1/2 hour
Boil potatoes
Add potatoes to the lamb sauce
