Melt butter and honey (or golden syrup) in a large oven tray
Add rolled oats, wheat germ and coconut
Stir
Bake 180º C for 11 minutes (or Microwave 2 minutes on high)
Remove from oven
[Optional Step] Add malt to mixture
Stir
Bake 180º C for 11 minutes (or Microwave 2 minutes on high)
Remove from oven
Add nuts and seeds
Stir
Bake 180º C for 11 minutes (or Microwave 2 minutes on high)
Remove from oven
Add bran flakes, dried fruit and banana chips
Stir
Bake 180º C for 11 minutes (or Microwave 2 minutes on high)
Remove from oven
Continue to stir until cool.
Don’t put the lid on for 2 hours.
