Beat oil and eggs
Add and blend the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and nutmeg
Stir in the carrots and nuts
Microwave medium/high for 10-12 minutes
Cool 10-15 minutes.
Instructions for Cream cheese sauce
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla
Add sugar and beat
Slop over the cooled cake
