Ingredients

chicken pieces without skin and fat
2 pieces per person
salt and pepper
1
large onion - grated
2
cloves
garlic

tablespoons
chutney
3
tablespoons
tomato sauce
2
teaspoons
Worcester sauce
1
teaspoon
curry powder
1
teaspoon
prepared mustard
Butter
Instructions
Season chicken lightly
Place chicken in greased baking dish
Mix onion, garlic, chutney, tomato sauce, worcester sauce, curry powder, mustard
Spread over chicken
Bake, uncovered, at 170 °C for 1 hour
Dot chicken with butter
Continue baking until chicken is cooked
Notes
Serve with baked potatoes, soured cream, and a salad.
